Happy New Year’s!

2020, a year we’re thankful for!

2020, this complicated and exhausting year, is finally coming to an end. This year sure changed everything in our lives forever; routines, schedules, visions and dreams, circles. We grew five years in just one year, and we are thankful for that.

so what better way other than expressing gratitude to end the year and start a brand new one

Why should I take the time to express gratitude?

Gratitude can have psychological and physical benefits:

  • Increase your happiness.
  • Help you get better sleep.
  • Increase our success at work.
  • Improve our relationships.
  • Make you healthier.
  • Increase your energy.
  • Help us relax.

So here’s a list of things to be thankful for this year, even tho it was one hell of a year.

1- Family

2- Health

3- Water

8- Healthcare

9- Pets

10- The roof over your head

Being thankful this year for small things we see every day is important to make it a positive year and ready for 2021.
